‘Tis the season for chapped lips. My wife picked up this really cool lip balm that has a shiny metal ball bearing on the dispenser. There are two things I look for in a lip balm: effective ingredients leaving my supple pouty lips soft and cool applicators that look like an H.R.Geiger creation.
